Sickly Dreamer
Jynxt was born sick, and will die sick. He is of Arcane origin, but Plague follows in the shadow of his every footstep, waiting for him to falter so it can overtake him in a single wave. His wings are shriveled and underdeveloped, unable to support the brunt of his body for more than a few seconds. His mutated Capsule gene cements shut large portions of his throat and stomach from the rest of his body in a tangle of magic and stubbornness that no doctor has been unable to pick through, making eating and breathing a difficult task.

He doesn't leave his room in the hospital wing - his clan is not a cruel one, after all, and they will provide for him until the day [NAME OF YOUR CLAN'S DEITY HERE] decides to bring him to Their arms. What does he do all of those days, connected to the feeding tubes and making small talk with the nurses? What can he say to the well wishes that do little more than the experimental medicines?

He writes. He draws. He doesn't think that he's very good at either, and maybe that's true. He hasn't shown his work to anyone to confirm or deny that these suspicions are true. The world at the center of his works stays mostly the same, and he adds to its lore and setting when the mood strikes him. His world is full of monsters, and heroes, and adventures. He's fairly certain that these things could exist in the real world, too, but he'll never be able to find out for himself whether they do.

A small parts of him hopes that when he does pass on, it's this world of his own creation he will meet, not the side of his deity.
