Gyaran left his clan in peace and went to strike out on his own as a travelling ranger with no clan at all. He ended up in Fizzclan's territory, and Turq, rather than drive him out, hired him. During his time working for the clan he grew close to their members, and in the end he begged to be a part of it due to his love for them. He retains his loner facade, but everyone in Fizzclan knows deep down that he's a real softy.

Gyaran is fast and dexterous, and uses his skills as a ranger to take down a huge amount of prey in a single day, or else herd them in the hunting party's direction. He also has a surprising tolerance for pain, likely due to his widespread venom injury that he's sustained and survived through killing most of his nerves.

Gyaran likes to keep up a loner, grumpy facade. He keeps it on when Fizzclan is interacting with other clans, and he wears it when they welcome newcomers to Fizzclan. But with enough time spent with him, you'll discover Gyaran's deep caring for the tribe's familiars, as well as for his own kids. And he has a lot of kids that stayed in Fizzclan.

Gyaran has had three mates over his lifetime:

A Guardian named Amber, whom he fell in love with during his time working for the clan rather than as a part of it. He fathered two Guardian children with her, Discord and Blazes, both of whom are now exalted, along with Amber herself.

A Bogsneak named Shipwreck, whom he fathered two Bogsneak boys with, Lucente and Prism. They were both eventually exalted, along with Shipwreck.

A Wildclaw named Eclipse, who is his current mate alongside Anemone. He fathered three sons with her, two Coatls and a Wildclaw, named Stardust, Azuro, and Lichen respectively. The Coatl brothers eventually left Fizzclan to strike out on their own, leaving Lichen behind.
