It's rare to get them though - I haven't gotten an egg from scavenging in over half a year..!
In the top left menu under 'Clan' there's on option saying 'Gather Items'. Scavenging is one of the 6 available gathering professions. The others are hunting, fishing, insect catching, foraging and digging. You get 10 turns daily plus some bonus turns
If you're referring to the Nocturne Eggs i have listed in the Auction House, they can be found during Night of the Nocturne; a two-week event at the end of the year. Other eggs can be found in the coliseum and while scavenging :)
