The Ephemeral Library
One day in spring, Yuuko awoke and looked around her lair's chill, rocky walls and began to plan. She made careful rounds of the elder dragons of the clan, speaking with her lover, with her friends, and with the newer arrivals who had only ever known the lair in the cold isolation of the Southern Ice Fields. They worked slowly, energy whispering back into the corners of the lair in preparation.

It was fortuitously the first day of the Mistral Jamboree when the balloon was completed, all the belongings moved, and all the young hatchlings herded safely aboard. For the first time, the Library truly took flight, the huge floating platforms and structures drifting up and toward a new home, at last returning to the gentle winds and clear skies of the Windsinger's realm.

Life drifts slowly by in the Cloudsong, allowing older dragons to rest while the younger hatchlings play their games on flirtation and intrigue high in the sky.

[Prior to March 2016...]
From the turbulent winds of the Twisting Crecendo, this lair of scholars and explorers has settled in the Cloudscape Crags. As the founders of the clan have settled into study and rest, new leaders are rising and have pushed for a change of scenery and more settled, remote home.

The strength of the Clan’s defense team continues to grow. Colonel Artemis, born in the Cloudscape Crags and now returned to her home, leads her team to all corners of the Colisseum. Other fighters are Eishirou (Physical-Light), Presea (Physical-Water), Rush (Magic-Lightning), Loki & Kirin (Nature), Shikaya (Magic-Shadow), Hisui (Physical-Fire), Asagao (Physical-Earth), and Masaharu (Physical-Arcane).
Training of new recruits is overseen by retired Generals Clow (Physical-Wind) and Masako (Physical-Plague).

This lair is home to the lines of two Legacy Project challenges.
-CalHale's Lair: The true Legacy project began with Mordreth and Proxy, carried through Rush, and several of his living children, grand children, and more are housed in one of our lairs.
-Celebrant - also now a scion of the aforementioned line - is the twelfth generation of a project which began with First Gen Valena (2239890).
