Fenrirs-Legion is a mercenary/security firm that calls the shifting expanse it's home. Our story goes back to Ulfric, who went out into the world to find his charge. After a while, he found himself in the shifting expanse, about to collapse from exhaustion. He found a Spellwall Boran wandering the desert. Upon realizing that this was odd, he followed it to find an oasis. after this ulfric made the lizard his charge. And so he began to construct a lair, which would go on to become a temporary head quarters for the legion.
