Lore notes:
- parents are Ilaria (mother, gentle dancer), Caradoc (knight, head of clan's guard and personal guard of Dior), Dior (not genetically related so no inherited foresight, but a prophet/seer type position and highly regarded in the clan)
- Dior and his family are highly regarded in general, so Gareth would have grown up with great expectations, possibly somewhat spoiled (less by his parents who remind him of his duty often, more by the clan)
- father Caradoc is a highly skilled, highly honorable knight; clan doesn't have a knighthood system as such, but Caradoc prizes honor, duty, and bravery such that paired with his skill as a warrior he holds a position similar to head knight
- Caradoc specifically is charged with the protection of Dior, to a lesser extent Ilaria, and at such times as it is necessary clan leaders Caici and Loisur
- clan itself is very family oriented, fiercely protective in nature (all my dragons are aiming for level 25, some may be more of mages than warriors but all have innate power)
