Each sage speaks for one of the eleven, and dragons of all flights are welcomed, so long as they are willing to abide by the elected laws. | The clan lives in tunnels carved from the cliff face, creating a honey-comb like warren of passages and caverns. This subterranean village has shops in individual, a marketplace and town meeting pavilion in the largest cavern, and many neighborhoods of individual and family homes. Dragons are welcome to expand their dwellings if they are willing to carve out the space or able to hire someone to do it for them. |
