Iksander was born with a deep love for the Earth and the things that grow from it nestled in among his bones, and as such, it came as no surprise to anyone that his charge turned out to be a young copse of trees growing near the outskirts of the Everbloom Gardens. He spends the majority of his day caring for his saplings, checking that they are healthy and weed free, with all the water and nutrients that they need to grow as tall and strong as he is.

Iksander's most prized possession is a small Bonsai that he grew from a seed, and that he carried with him when he first left his original clan to embark on his search. It made for very slow travel, as flying was too windy for the small leaves, and even though Iksander himself needed very little water, he took frequent stops to keep his plant hydrated.

Iksander is slow moving and almost never speaks. When he does though, his words are as lumbering as his movements. Some members of the clan joke to each other that there was a mix up in his creation and Iksander actually has a tree's soul inside him, rather than a dragon's. He hasn't heard these rumours, but if he did, he wouldn't have any reason to disagree.
