Upon the fringes of the Windswept Plateau you stumble upon a port town that settles itself by the waters that swirl around the great Plateau. The settlement molds itself around a foothill, one that boasts a cave interior that has been turned into an expansive warehouse. The town is strung with wind socks and banners bearing the clan's crest, as well as the iconic crest of the Windsinger, all in all looking as if it was in mid-festival. Dragonmade houses around the outside are constructed of wood with tiled or thatched roofs, and large sliding doors. Some houses seem interconnected or are fenced off, there seems to even be a shrine house down closer to the waters. What appears to be an airship is visible, docked by a bamboo deck overlooking the waters as well.

The largest building you see seems to be some form of customs office, though upon closer inspection it's a welcoming center that doubles as the post office and trading centre. Dragons of all shapes and sizes bustle in and out of it's crest-bearing fabric sheets that supposedly serve as doors, coming and going with loads of parcels bound in rice paper and stamped with shimmering waxes.
