Archibald is one of the lesser-seen figures out in the snowsquall tundra, as his work keeps him on patrol much of the day.

To watch for lost travelers, he says.

He is unusually large for a pearlcatcher, likely due to his being born as a guardian. He is sturdily built, with an imposing silhouette and thick, woolen fur that guards from even the worst of cold.

His shifts patrolling the area seem to vary in formation from day-to-day, making it impossible to predict just when and where he will be out and about. And yet, he always seems able to find and warn people away from the imposing ruins that stand stark against the edge of the forest whenever the blizzards ease.
