Cazarir's Clan

The clan Nabataea.

Nabatea is a clan of erudites and outcasts, brought together by their shared fate of having no place of their own.

Corazon and Belleza, an elderly pair of guardian dragons never really intended to find a clan. They simply wanted to have a place for themselves, finding abandoned lair in one of the many peaks of the Crystalpine Reaches to study magic and allow their twin daughters to grow in peace.

After a while, more outcasts started finding the half-empty cave network and were allowed to come and stay there. Some were on the run from a disaster or twist of fate, others simply wandering. Some stayed for only a while, others found peace in the silent caves and decided to stay permanently.

Nabataea is well-hidden, but not by intent. Whenever someone manages to find it by coincidence, it is taken as a sign that they will have a place there, as long as they mean no harm to anyone else.

So the clan slowly grows, the shared belief of it's members that they have a peaceful, secluded home, and it should stay that way.

However, it might only be a question of time before someone with ill intent seeks shelter with them, and will be intrigued by the ancient caves and their many forgotten secrets...
