DogsandCats' Clan

Defenders is a clan in the territory ruled by the nature god, The Gladekeeper. They are known by very few since they tend to remain quiet as a whole, despite the fact that most of the fae are artists, socialists, or scientists and most of the clan's population is fae.
The clan was founded by Tropicalwing, a guardian whose charge is exotic wildlife. Her mate, Gen, a mirror that happened to pass by at some point in time, does most of the hunting, but is also fairly dedicated to the protection of the natural world. However, neither of them are natural born leaders, hence why it is important to note the clan's first two hatchlings, ArcticSea and Lantern. Both were found by Tropicalwing and Gen while adventuring as eggs, and both grew up to be scientists, Lantern being spontanious and Arctic being more about the numbers. ArcticSea is officially the advisor, but at the end of the day, she sort of runs the clan.

The clan's lair is fairly well camouflaged since some of its earliest members were nocturnes. Unlike an actual nocturne lair, it isn't impossible to find unless invited, but it is still hard to find. Usually people who find it are nocturnes, or people who might otherwise notice that the leaves, bushes, etc. around the area are rather suspicious looking. That and the guards that sometimes patrol don't help, since they usually don't make an attempt at stealth.

Recently, there's been some sort of weird split in the clan. We have the normal Defense/Defenders side, and the warmongering Action side. As it stands, not every dragon in the clan is a part of one of these groups, and some dragons leave in response to this conflict. Generally, Action members can be found wearing necklaces with the gem pendants, and Defense can be found wearing Citrine bracelets, or others color when Citrine is unavailable.
