Clan Vagrant Wind is a cluttered nest high on the cliffs, a maze of rooms, paths and caves. Wind chimes of metal and bamboo, mobiles of stained glass and shining trinkets, and dream catchers flicker and shuffle in the breeze. There's an occasional explosion.
Amid this random mess of baubles and icons flit the dragons themselves. No one seems to have a plan, but still, things usually get done. Usually by the Imperial Noblesse.
