I'm happy to lend a nest to anyone who would like or is in need of Shadow born hatchling(s). I do charge, however, only because it does take a lot out of my resources and hatching eggs is a pretty big source of income for my clan. That being said, I'd like to take the time to explain my conditions should you wish to do business with me.

Cost
Since I know most of you just want to know how much I'm asking for to make a quick decision. I'll give you a brief rundown:
Down Payment: 10,000 Treasure or 10 Gems (5 for each parent; Mix payments are acceptable)
Number of Hatchlings: 5000 Treasure or 2 Gems per hatchling (Anywhere between 5-25 T/2-10 G total)
This is a varying cost as we cannot be sure how many eggs will be produced and, thus, cannot determine how much space will be taken up in my lair after they are hatched

Now that you have either decided I'm out of my mind for these prices or could afford them, let's get on with the explanation of these conditions.

Place Holding
Not that I expect an overflowing waiting list for my Shadow nests but it's important to set these things down should something occur.
Currently, I have 4 nest in my possession. Since I'd like to keep one free for my own personal use, there's only three nests available to everyone else. Place holding is everything with such limited space. That's why I ask for a down payment in order to save your spot. That way, I can assure you that you will have a nest should the waiting list exceed the number of nests I have. Also to cover the cost of losing space in my lair for the short time being. If, by chance, all nests are full but at least one is close to the end of their term (1-2 days left) I'd offer to do a reservation. Your name tag will go directly behind the nest that's soon to be availiable if you choose to do so. Down below, I have the nest spots and their status' shown to ensure there's no confusion as to whether I have space or not.

I promise you, I do know how to count XD. I just need the numerical difference to be made clear that the top nest is my personal.
While I'd like to keep my personal off the list, if someone is in desperate need of a nest, I'd rent it out for an additional fee of 5,000 Treasure or 5 Gems along with the down payment.

Trading System
The way I'd like to work this is that you send me you're dragons and down payment through the One-Way Trade. As soon as I get them, I'll mark the nest spot with your name tag. If for some reason you do not want your name displayed here, I'll just mark it as occupied.
We all know the breeding process takes up to 5 days (should you get on every single day). That being said, I'm going say that while I'm on fairly regularly I do tend to miss a day or two. It happens. So you should expect a message to be received about your hatchlings within 10 days maximum. This gives me wiggle room should I miss a day and a heads up to you so you do not worry or think I've stolen you of your dragons/money. If anything occurs where I cannot get on within that time frame, I'll be sure to message you right away.
Once I send the message stating your dragons are ready, I'll place the hatchlings in a personal auction for you to pay individually for the ones you choose to keep. Please do try to tell me your prefer method of paying before hand so that I can price accordingly. They will be up on personal auction for a week (7 days) so that way it gives you time to build some funds in case you happened to be running low at that point. The parents would be traded back to you through One Way Trade. And that's that!

Fees
Now I know fees and cost could be put together but there's a reason I separated the two. This section only applies if the following is to occur:
Should you not pick up your hatchlings by the end of the week, they will be resold to the public, kept, and/or exalted.
Should you not pick up the parents by the end of the week, there will be a fee of 2500 Treasure or 2 gems for every day after. If not picked up by the end of two weeks, they will be auctioned, kept, or exalted.

That being all said, I am a very reasonable persona and if you could not get on within that time frame due to outside interference (family emergency, personal issues, etc.) I completely understand. Just give me the same courtesy I'd give you if the shoe was on the other foot. A quick message and an estimated time frame of when you'll be back is all it takes.
