Greetings! Welcome to the kingdom of Glacia!

This winter wonderland is ruled by the mighty King Elphiles and his beautiful Queen Solaina.

Many years ago, as a young dragon, Elphiles was exiled from his clan. They saw him as a danger to their beliefs and way of life. His old clan was strict and traditional. They stuck to their own kind, not wanting to socialize with different flights or breeds. Elphiles was a more curious soul, wanting to explore new techniques and to make new friends regardless of origin or appearance. He often took care of ailing passersby even if it was against the rules.

Eventually, his actions were discovered by the clan elders. He faced trial, and with none willing to stand in his defense, Elphiles was sentenced to exile or death.

Fueled by the betrayal he felt towards his so-called family, Elphiles sought to create his own kingdom, where all species of all flights could gather and live in harmony.

Along his journey Elphiles met a young female, scavenging in the woods. Exhausted from his journey, she took him in and allowed him to stay in her lair with her family. Her clan was one of farmers and craftsman, making eclectic artifacts that they sold at the marketplace. Elphiles was struck by her creativity and knowledge of the world around her, but he loved her gentleness the most. She was kind and loving ad after regaining his strength Elphiles asked if she would come with him and start a new clan. Solaina of course said yes. She had been waiting for a moment like this her whole life, and though she would miss her family she went with him.

They continued to travel together, living off of what they could scavenge and the affection they shared with one another.

Finally, after traveling a long distance from their home clans, they came upon a glittering, untouched land. In one glance they could read each other's minds. This was the spot. This is where they would build their new home, and soon the kingdom of Glacia was born.
