There's more to it than that but you can probably find a better explanation if you search on the forums. Some of the old threads might still be up. I'm a little fuzzy on the details these days.

Also the account she was on just led to a 404 page when viewed, and dragon search was listing every single exalted dragon as belonging to her lair. Nobody's quite sure exactly what happened with all that, but one of her offspring survived and was bred.

She-who-must-not-be-named is Naomi. It's sort of a long story but basically there was a glitch years ago back before the AH revamp (when the 3 couriers still delivered all your ah stuff through the pm system) where the souriers got replaced with her.
