TANGLE’S TRIBE

In the outskirts of the Everbloom Gardens, where dragons seldom venture, there lies the trunk of a fallen tree. It must once have been a grand, glorious tree, for its trunk is ever so thick and there seems to be no end to it as it disappears into the shadows of the forest. But at the base of the trunk, there is a stump. Carved into the surface of the stump is a door, expertly hidden. If one is lucky enough to discover this door and recognize it to be, indeed, a door, then within, they will find a splendid lair. They would be lucky to get far unnoticed, however; with Jay always guarding the stump itself and Tangle almost always at home (for she despises travel, especially by flight), the intruder would soon find themselves incarcerated in the dungeon that goes deeper yet underneath the stump — deeper, even, than the longest roots which once gave the tree life. This is the warm greeting with which you are welcomed to Tangle’s Tribe.

Every Tribesdragon’s surname is derived from a combination of their parents’ names.

The father’s part comes first, and then the mother’s. Those who do not know their parents, or refuse to acknowledge them, have no surname. On the other hand, those named after their parents will only have “Junior” or “Jr.” as a surname replacement.
