Clan name: Whipley (named for Whippette, the founder)
Clan location: A piece of territory on the border of Wind and Fire. Williwaw: where the majority of the clan lives, Larkveld: a settlement on a higher steppe where Zethira has taken many windsong-approved dragons (ie: subspecies or wind reps).
