The Clan of the Rising Tides is neatly set inside of the Spiral Keep. As you swim closer, you see that the entrance is concealed with a vail of bubbles. Suddenly, a huge imperial dragon draped in shells bursts through with a friendly smile on her face. "Hello! Hello! Welcome to the clan of the Rising Tides! We are happy to have you!" With a flourish of her wings she sweeps aside the bubbles as her clan mates rush out to great you.
