The Council Of The Arctic Spirits
A clan formed by a spirit of winter - The Leader of a council of spirits, deities, and other supernatural beings - There are many sorts of dragons here. Some are here, living in their forest home because there is nowhere else for them to go. Or they are here because a spirit or deity brought them here. It place a place to learn, but it is also a home, under the tall canopy of frozen trees above them.

The Ruins Of The Celestial City
Connected to a strange place at the edge of the land, Where the waves meet the shores of th Southern Icefield, a strange, ruined city, with carved stairs that lead deep into the water, and an archway etched with glowing blue runes, Water magic is needed to proceed here.
Mostly preserved on land, but destroyed underwater. Tunnels and portals lead to a main area of where most dragons of the water flight reside - a place In between ice and water, It was destroyed ... Not too long ago. It was technologically advanced, and dragons are trying to crack the code of it. But things are either too destroyed, or they just cannot comprehend the writings and creations .
in the deep abyss of the Leviathan trench, a shade-rotted emperor lurks. They say it rampaged in the City, fleeing deep into the sea. It exits on moonless, dark nights.
A small group of dragons have popped up at these ruins to care for it, and discover the secrets of this strange city. They were allowed on the territory of the Arctic Spirits, but they aren't really a part of the main clan. But they keep a very close eye on what they discover here. There are ancient magics, knowledge and secrets here in the city, that they themselves may be trying to find...
