While once Clan Phoenicis (previously Clan Clouddrifter) had made their home in the Zephyr Steppes, content with their lair along the cliffs opposite the Reedcleft Ascent (never truly enjoying the adrift lifestyle that came with the floating lair complex they had in the Cloudsong), now they nestle in the shadow of the Pillar of the World.

As a former Wind clan (and still made up mostly of Wind-touched dragons), there is an airship dock built just outside the clan’s walls. There you may find regularly scheduled flights to and from their newly built city, or maybe just a couple disgruntled Wind-touched sailors.
