Clan of the Silversong Reeds

In the beginning things were well. The clan prospered, and quickly became a place of welcome and prosperity. Time passed, dragons came and went, and eventually things began to slow down within their territories. Soon battles between the elements began, and few lives were lost. In war, the clan lost prosperity and a new age of poverty had begun. In such times, the dragons of the Silversong Reeds disappear into the complex maze of reeds and bamboo that comprise their home.

July 24, 2016: In the midst of a quiet night, a rogue group of dragons descended upon the Silversong Reeds. The dragons were unprepared, and despite a valiant fight back, two thirds of the clan perished in the battle. In the end, the rogues were disposed of, and a mourning clan was forced to burn their dead. Upon clan tradition, the ashes were taken to the sky and thrown into the Twisting Crescendo. In the aftermath of the destruction of their home, word came for help from an allied clan in lightening, the Clan of the Electrified Wasteland. A cluster of dragons, whose heartbreak was too much, chose to travel to aide in rebuilding the Electrified Wasteland. Despite the clan’s dwindling numbers, Kalibra allowed the pained dragons passage to the allied clan. Kaane took up the efforts to rebuild the clan from its tattered remains.
