Biography
"There's nothing going to happen, as usual. Do you ever wonder why we're doing it, Mor? Because I do." Taika tried to start a conversation.
"Hmmm, honestly?..."
Morbihan didn't even finish her thought when they suddenly they have heard the "bleep... bleep... bleep" sound from the computer. Something's happening! A point appeared and disappeared faster than it appeared, leaving a kind of magnetic trail, like an "x" marking the spot in treasure maps, pointing a place an hour in flight from Morbihan's and Taika's location, that is The Reedcleft Cove.
"Whoa, what was that, a shooting star?"
"Tai, are you kidding?" Morbihan's eyes shone from excitement "This must have been something different, something for what I've been waiting years to happen!"
"Don't you think we should go where the end of that magnetic rainbow is?"
"Yes, I'd love that! I'd absolutely love that! This... this may be the most groundbreaking discovery of my whole career!" Morbihan squeaked in excitement like a hatchling. "We must go, now!"
They've taken only their coat - additionally, Morbihan took something that looked like a colorful newspaper. And then, they both departed into the night, to The Reedcleft Cove.
About an hour later they were in place, where the magnetic trail pointed. There was a grand nothing on the first glance. Morbihan noticed a barely visible circle of something, that looked like burned to a cinder grass exactly where magnetic trail was ending.
"Nah, the sensors must've went crazy" murmured resigned and disappointed Taika "I can't see anything here"
"Wait a minute, look!" Morbihan stopped Taika and pointed at the burned grass "There is an obvious sign. It's defintely not about sensors going crazy."
Taika was still clearly sceptical.
"Maybe it was just a random dragon testing magic skills here..." he said.
Then Morbihan was just about to go in direction of The Reedcleft Cove ending where there are steepest slopes and it's just impossible to get out of here without help of wings, when she heard "Where are you going, Mor?". She took the newspaper thing out of her pocket and opened it somewhere in the middle.
"You see?" Morbihan shoved the newspaper thing right in front of Taika's face and excitedly pointing out something on a page "This, this is what happened here!"
Taika looked at the page and snorted. "Come on, Mor, we are scientists, why we would believe in comic books? I'm going back, you do what you want."
A moment of stunned silence.
Taika was about to leave Morbihan alone. And suddenly, they can hear something moving in the nearby higher grass. There went out a barely visible in the night, black-colored Imperial male. His green, glowing eyes were looking at Morbihan and Taika with very clear distrust.
"I know who you are, Blackagar Boltagon." Morbihan claimed very surely, holding her comic book.
Confused and very wary Imperial slowly but pretty nervously moved away in direction of the most steep slopes.
"O... okay, now I believe you" shocked Taika stuttered out as they were going in same direction "So now we need to find out... uh... y'know... that one Imperial we've just seen..."
"Blackagar Boltagon, you mean? But you can name him Black Bolt as well" she answered slightly annoyed with Taika's lack of knowledge "And oh, I wouldn't expect any answer from him, because you know, he speaks only in sign language"
Taika only looked at Morbihan with some visible confusion, as if he was about to say to "Uh, okay, I don't understand a single thing she says"
"I... I forgot also to say you one very, very, very important thing" Morbihan continued her excitement speech "Y'know, he doesn't use the sign language because he is mute, but because he's got way too powerful voice."
Taika laughed loudly "Oh come on, there in our clan are residents like that already, I know how to handle with cases like that!"
"No, no, no, Tai, it's a completely different thing! Tai, you don't know anything. Tai... I mean he would be able to totally destroy our residence in, I don't know, one mere grunt? Tai, I know that residents hatched on The Golden Voice Day you have referenced would be able to do the same, but, unlike them..."
"I hear it, but we'll never find him again if you still will continue your chirping!" annoyed Taika panted
They continued their search in very tense atmosphere, though in almost complete silence.
Suddenly like out of the blue, there appeared the said Imperial in front of them.
"Who you are? Why do you two follow me so relentlessly? Why do you need me so much? Why I'd trust you? I am not afraid, but would like to know anything, because many of my previous experiences shown me I shouldn't trust literally anyone."
Those were the first few sentences that Black Bolt signed to Morbihan and Taika.
The Spiral didn't seem to understand a thing as she didn't seem to know sign language, Coatl have read the signs with some difficulties with seeing them.
"Uh well, she knows all the answers" Taika pointed at Morbihan "But don't know if she'll understand your answers..."
Morbihan was just sitting and looking up to Black Bolt, her eyes looking like she's about to be screaming something like "I love you so much!". She was clearly infatuated. Well, she finally could meet her favourite hero personally...
"Well, it was very nice to meet you, we need to come back to our residence though, because you know, it's very late and she just goes crazy when tired so she needs sleep. If you'd need us we're an hour in flight away from here in eastern direction" Taika clearly noticed what's happening - the fact Morbihan has an inability to think clearheadedly at the moment - so he has taken very annoyed and unhappy Morbihan and they left very confused Black Bolt in The Reedcleft Cove.
"Tai, why the Windsinger you did it, why?" Morbihan cried very loudly "You... you don't know what are you doing, we can't leave him there, no one really understands who he is! That's too dangerous! For him and for Sornieth! You really don't want to know what can happen if he'd meet the wrong dragon!"
"If he'd need us, he'll come to us." Taika said in absolutely deadpan tone, contrasting with over-emotional Morbihan.
Black Bolt looked at the silhouettes of two dragons slowly disappearing in the deep night skies. He was very tired, so he even didn't notice when he just fell asleep.
And then he heard someone calling him.
"Hey, you! Yeah, you! You really thought you can escape from ME?"
He nearly immediately recognized his brother's voice. Maybe he was all the time still in Attilan, and all these weird things about this unknown land, these dragons - and him behing a dragon as well - were only an unusually realistic dream.
"I know you can hear me!"
Black Bolt opened his eyes. He was actually still on the unknown land. Maximus was nowhere to be seen. Black Bolt was confused, and was not able to tell what was only a dream and what is actually real. But he could swear he has heard his brother...
Then, out of nowhere, in front of his eyes, there appeared a Mirror dragon. Still half-conscious, he was about to say his brother's name with a surprise but he caught himself on this before he actually made any sound.
"Oh, come on, I know you wanted to say something..." the Mirror laughed tautingly "Say that aloud! The king should talk with his subjects, don't you think? Ah, one more reason why I would be a better king than you ever were, are or will be! Ha ha ha!"
Black Bolt patiently tolerated Maximus' taunts. He was used to that. Over the years he heard a lot about him being a not great enough ruler of Attilan due to his inability to talk - and a million other reasons that are supposed to prove that Maximus should be the king - so that wasn't anything new for him.
And then, the Mirror vanished without trace as suddenly and as fast as he appeared. Though Black Bolt was sure he still hears this maniacal laugh somewhere... "What is he plotting again?" he thought.

Coming from another dimension, from Earth's Moon where he's got his residence While he is not naturally mute, he prefers to stay mute, because he's got too powerful voice and he can't control the power of it. And yeah, it's not about typical abilities like by Nov 22nd-hatched dragons, it's about destroing buildings with saying only one word. For the reason mentioned earlier, he uses sign language in communication Is pretty pacific, usually trying to avoid any violence. It's one of the reasons why he prefers to remain mute. But, if he has to protect himself, he will fight but even then he, whatever it takes, is trying to avoid using his voice. (Ignore the fact he's a part of Forbidden Portal team where he destroys like tons of enemies XD) Is also very wary and private, but well, what to expect from someone who had been at least betrayed by his own brother? Apparently loves playing chess. Well, he always has to finish his move, totally no matter what is happening around.Information on the dragonified character:
Name: Black Bolt
Real full name: Blackagar Boltagon
Origin: MCU (To be exact, Inhumans series)
Birthday:Most likely October 1982 (according to some non-official infos)
Additional info: Belongs to the Inhuman species,is the king of Attilan that is a city of Inhuman kingdom,placed on the Earth's Moon. Has a younger brother, named Maximus, who weirdly has no special abilities, and this brother has betrayed him and illegaly taken leadership over Attilan, at least tried.
A personal note:Fun thing is, that Blackagar is currently one of my favourite MCU characters (actually mostly because of pretty much character's concept similarity to my lore writings on Nov 22nd-hatched dragons) while Maximus is one of my least favourite (because ya know, he's pretty mean and annoying, though at the first glance situation is different)
