A master alchemist with a love for experimentation, Adhara is often told she can be a bit of a workplace hazard to herself and others. After a tiny accident caused a not-so-tiny explosion in her previous home, Adhara was exiled. Forced to find a new clan to help and experiment in, she set out looking among the many lairs of the Starfall Isles. Many weeks passed, and the spiral was jut about ready to give up hope when she stumbled upon two dragons, Baz and Junmin, out exploring. They quickly became friends, and the three returned to the clan together, a place that readily became Adhara's permanent home. After settling into her new home, Adhara was a clear choice for the clan's alchemist, as she'd mastered her craft long before arriving. Though she's meant to be brewing potions and carefully synthesizing medicines, Adhara does adore the occasional harmless prank in her free time. Though her main prank victim is Junmin, he's certainly not the only one. He does make the perfect target though, with his understanding of her craft and her understanding of his. The two work well together, a perfect combination of skills and wit, with a little bit of chaos.

A stray hair landed on the mischievous spiral’s nose. She blew it away with a smirk. Ah, more potions to brew. And more reasons to bother Junmin. She loved it when Junmin looked up to her with his clumsy adoration. It was as if she delighted in his attention. Speaking of attention, she almost messed up one of her trickier potions as she was thinking of this - she really should’ve been more careful. It was truly a shame that she couldn’t use more potent spells, like Junmin could, to reverse any errors she made during potion brewing. She had to rely on her talent alone, which was annoying. Good thing that alchemy was both her talent and her hobby! Otherwise, she would have been dead (urgh) from the sheer amount of potions that she had to brew - she was the Potionmaster of the clan, after all. What an exciting job! Hmm… maybe she should brew a potion, disguised as a herbal tea, for Junmin that would make him grow a beard. Adhara cackled at the mere notion. She loved pranks.
“Ah, what a time to be alive,” She smirked. “I’m gonna love the expression on Jun’s face when he finds out!”
The faint tinkling of a broken beaker could just be barely audible in the far distance. Adhara turned, annoyed, only to be met with the sorry sight of Junmin’s clumsy yet adorable face.
He stuttered, perplexed, “Ow! Ow! I’m sorry, Adhara. F-find out what?”
Adhara grinned. The gears in her head were turning. Now would be a good time to enact revenge on Junmin for breaking her beakers. “Don’t you worry your pretty little mage head about it. Just go sit down and I’ll brew you something for those nasty splinters.” Chuckling, she gave him a nice long smack with her tail.
“Ow... oww… Thank god Adhara is such a good alchemist… I could never be like her.” Junmin muttered as he stomped away. “I think I’m gonna go fetch a glass of water.”
By the time he had returned, Adhara was grasping a flask brimming with a transparent fluid. It was oddly reminiscent of water. She set it down. “Be sure to drink it all up.” There was a wicked grin on her face. “Oh! That must be Baz, here to help me with my spells. I’ll be right back.”
Adhara winked at Junmin.
“Huh? Ah, oh, yes, the potion. I need to drink it. I think it’s this one.”Junmin picked up the brimming flask of water and downed it in one gulp.”Ah, that was satisfying. But nothing’s happening to me.”
Adhara returned with Baz, a gleeful smile on her snout. “What a coincidence that both of you are here. That means both of you can help me with my magic. Junmin, I see that you’ve finished your potion.” She peered intently at his snout, dismayed that nothing was happening before noticing the other flask on the desk. “Ah, you’ve also prepared a glass of water for me! How thoughtful.” Before Junmin could stop her, Adhara had already gulped down the potion. A look of utter horror encompassed the female spiral, but it was too late. A lush, flowing beard and moustache had already erupted from her nostrils.
There was a moment of utter silence before Baz broke it. “Adhara, you seem to have grown a new beard. I like it. Good choice of style.”
There was a look of utter shock on her face.
“A beard, a bard! Haha! What a sight. Okay, that’s it, I’m sorry. Haha.” Junmin volunteered.
It was the last thing he said before Adhara trained her murderous gaze on his pathetic pink face.
“JUNMIN YOU IDIOT! SON OF A HUMAN!” She screamed, eyes alight with rage.
