Most dragons who have frequented North's library in Amsterwick know of Heka. He's usually found drifting through the stacks with his nose in a scroll, a Lux Spectre floating over his shoulder to illuminate the page, and he rarely speaks. In such a social place like Amsterwick, he's something of a black sheep, an anomaly, not that anyone is rude enough to point that out. Most folks just let him be and ask someone else for help if they need something from the stacks. But Heka is hardly a lost academic, trapped in the library forever by his research. Like North, he too cares for a vast collection. His collection, though, is private, accessible only to the leaders and monarchs, as well as Wildgarde's dictator. Lit all around by tame Lux Spectres and their floating candles, his secret library is located underneath North's, deep underground and far from prying eyes. Of course, hiding the library away has not stopped the rumors. Heka hears the whispers in the main library, the ones North so dutifully shushes. The people of Amsterwick are convinced he is not there just for research. It may be one of his passions (and it is, in truth), but they're certain he's up to something else, something more. He knows too much, they say, and he's connected to high places. In some versions, he's a spy. In other's, he's a traitor. But he's just the archivist, and he will not confirm or deny anything unless you have access to the library below. | ___ |

After passing through mystic woods, a large clearing of grassy hills expands out onto a cliff that overlooks the sea. Upon that cliff is a giant, off-white stone castle with walls and smaller settlements surrounding it. Amsterwick is a rapid growing city with multiple living districts, including two that reach down into the sea for water element dragons to live. Each district that is located more towards the main castle, the more expensive it is. However, the cost usually stays moderate as most tend to grow their own food and electricity is provided for no extra cost. One can always find work as jobs are plentiful, and each citizen is trained to fight if a war ever breaks out. The monarchs, Cattail and Nile, are overseers in many departments. A working coucil also helps with decisions in court. This is the second city made in Sidhe Haven's history and are now the "Jubilee Faction." | ___ |

Aquaponic gardening is common in Amsterwick. Fish are abundant due to the sea, thus using fish wastes for their plants helps them grow without mulch or any fertilizer. Food is always available to dragons in the city. Nearly everyone has a small garden. | ____________ |

With a building army, Amsterwick can hold itself well in a battle. Transformation magic is used to confuse enemies. Archery and swordsmanship are the two common ways of fighting. Armor ranges from gold plates to barrier magic. |

At the edge of Shifting Expanse near the ocean lies a homely town dotted with sturdy cabins and caverns all over the cliffside. Hulmoor is a town built on a slightly grassy patch of land in the expanse that extends down the cliff to the beach where a shipyard stands. Many sailors come by and spend a few days in hotels before going back to the ocean. The sun doesn't shine much as the weather is usually cloudy, rain, or thunderstorms. However, caves are turned into decorated living areas, cabins are built to resist lightning strikes, and a huge underground market are more than enough reasons to visit. Due to constantly digging to repair pipes and wires, they seem to always have building supplies. Lord Aethos and Lady Forsaken are the ones who created Sidhe Haven and made this town its first faction: the "Fog Faction." | ___ |

Hulmoor is known as a great stop for ships to port and enjoy a quick rest. Fish is their main food source next to meat, especially birds. Hardy plants grow fairly well, but you won't see many flowers. Beastclans are good friends with dragons of Hulmoor. | ____________ |

The clan's best mechanics live in Hulmoor. For a small, cabin-like town, it is quite innovative. Electrical lights and running hot water still work in the worst of storms due to underground walkways and well-kept piping. |

Between the Windswept Plateau and Ashfall Wasteland lies a city lined with ash and constant breeze. The paved streets are filled with potholes, and lampposts have dingy lights. Most buildings have cracks or a whole wall is missing with patch up jobs of wood and concrete. This uneasy town is home to theives, shady merchants, and other... questionable business activities. It used to be a homely place until a necromancer's spell went awry. Later on, Baleros became the main dictator and debated the other factions to make it a part of their clan. Wildgarde is the most sketchy part of the clan. It has been overrun by assassins, rouges, poison sellers, and more. While some from Amsterwick believe they are bad for business, the monarch says they have their use. Baleros keeps the town from going into pure chaos. | ____________ |

Meat is Wildgarde's main food source next to bugs. There are few trusty farmers in the town that most in the clan buy from. Spicy food is a specialty. Some say you can also buy dragon blood on the black market here as well. |

If you do wish to hire a hitman, Wildgarde is best to go with, but only if you have the cash. Prices vary, but it's not cheap either way. Rumors have it that the clan leader has even hired some rouges to do "work" for him so as to not dirty his claws. | ____________ |
