Oxytocin is what happens when you take something so precious, So valued, So essential, and you break it into a million pieces.

Oxytocin is the Goddess of Joy, but she has not felt joy in a long time. Instead sorrow fills her. She was imprisoned. And she was broken. And it was all because of King Naperone.

He wanted to cause suffering. He wanted to cause splinters. He wanted control.

He got what he wanted. But it didn't last.

Oxytocin was rescued. She's now safe. She's with her wife and children.

But she is still shattered. Piece by piece, step by step her loved ones are helping her recover.

There will come a day where Oxytocin will feel joy again. There will be a day where she will return to her cheerful, sweet self. There will still be cracks from where she fell apart, but she will be healed and Naperone will never hurt her again.

In the meantime as she heals, the world will morn for the joy they had lost.
