Scholar 		It tends to be that dragons in Seitou's clan have children and then they are sent off as indentured servants. Seitou is extremely picky in who stays in the clan and prefers to produce children of diverse genetic backgrounds. This makes parents keeping their children an oddity. Jeor is such a case. Jorah and Scourge had been friends for many years with some speculating they were in love. One day they found that they felt more than friendship for each other. So Jorah and Daenerys decided to marry Scourge and Alexander. In celebration Jorah and Scourge wanted a child which Seitou allowed. Jeor ended up inheriting both of his parents' expertise with weapons. He thought of becoming a warrior but found the study of weapons more pleasing to him. While others may help create and fight with weapons from normal to obscure, he is the one who gathers all the knowledge to be found about them.

In his clan, Jeor is the weapons master.
