Sampson, the Auction House Rep

Money, sales, trade deals, contracts, long-winded paperwork. It's not something you would expect anyone to enjoy. But not for Sampson, he lives and breathes business. Though egotistical, self-centered, cocky, eccentric, and horribly vain, he puts his knowledge base to good use. For the clan, it was only natural he was put in charge of Auction House affairs, or arranging Crossroads trades, sifting through the Market for sales, and organizing the Temporal Clan's financial side of things.

Though that isn't all this savvy businessman has up his fancy (you couldn't afford the things he wears) sleeves, as he has an acute knowledge of time travel, spacetime, and other temporal dealings alongside his brother. In fact, he's made it quite apparent ever since Timekeeper's arrival that there is more than one time traveler in the clan; while this includes himself and the wild card Skydancer, he's often alluded to there being more than just two. How, where, when, and why he does it is just as much a mystery as the motives behind Timekeeper's antics. This is all to the dismay of his unfortunate brother, Henry.

There are plenty of things he doesn't tell the clan, however, a knowledge that even frightens him to a degree. While it's known that he still has more information than what he lets off, his adamant refusal to share only builds on his trust issues that grow ever more apparent by the day. Even still, behind that suave and confident demeanor hides a much more fragile version of himself that fewer still have seen.
