Teneoinan

Teneoinan was once a proud ambassador to the former Monarchs as well as one of the top dragon models in all the world. Her pristine crystalline body with diamonds forming upon glistening into all the news scrolls everywhere. Every dragon knew of her. But what many didn't know was that that was all a facade. In truth she was a spy, sent by the Monarchs of her land to retrieve or gain knowledge of other nations around. She was of especial use during the 5th Great Dragon War. She even once infiltrated the Underworld, a massive crime syndicate controlled by Mictec and Mictlan.

However, one day she contracted a disease that turned her wings to coal. Ashamed she hid from society, until a royal contacted her that the Monarchs had died, and they wished that Teneoinan would train the next generation of royals for the Throne War. An intricate set of games, challenges, and battles meant to test physical and mental fortitude to choose the next Monarch of the land, as well as new royals and generals. At first she was baffled and rejected. However as she sat at her cozy sea-side shanty, she began to have memories of her time in the nursery and the Throne War of her generation. She quickly found the messenger and said she would accept the challenge.

Teneoinan was not a mother herself so she requested the help of a few other dragons. Mainly Iztac, a former warrior, and Xochique, who was once cast out of the royal castle. Together they run the Next Generation Nursery, which should be closed off to only royals and high paying customers, but Teneoinan, who is much more perceptive than she appears, lets almost anyone in, regardless of fee or affiliation, she could let in dragons from the Underworld if she believed in them enough.
