BIOGRAPHY
Hailing from the Viridian Labyrinth, Eros traveled a long way to end up at the Windswept Plateau. His journey from his home land was with a small band of traveling dragons, with whom he stayed with, knowing it would be a lot easier for him to travel with others across Sornieth than by himself. The small troupe of rag-tag dragons eventually made it to the Windswept Plateau, where they happened upon Scherzo standing guard outside a small, but lively and homely looking lair. Clove instantly offered the dragons a place to stay for a few nights, and they graciously accepted her offer, glad to have somewhere warm to rest their weary bones.
Eros was fascinated to learn about this small yet diverse clan, and the little friendly fae dragon who was so keen to offer them a place to stay. Eros spent that night talking with Clove, for the first time since leaving his home being able to hold a proper conversation with the fae dragon, and when it came to light that Clove had visited the Viridian Labyrinth when she was younger, the two spent hours talking about the land, and then the other sights they'd seen while traveling across Sornieth. In the morning, the troupe of dragons that Eros had been traveling with began preparing to depart, grateful for Clove's hospitality, but wanting to continue on their way. However Eros decided that he wanted to remain with the little clan, and so there he stayed. Eros and Clove became very close friends, partially from sharing their stories from their travels together, and also, for a while, being the only two fae dragons in the clan. It didn't take long for Eros to begin helping Clove in her role as Clan Matriarch, and as time went on, he became the Clan Patriarch to the new hatchlings and dragons passing by. However, Eros doesn't feel that he deserves the role of Clan Patriarch, for he had no hand in building the little clan. But he still helps Clove in her duties, even if he dislikes the title of Clan Patriarch.
Eros is a very diligent and hard working dragon, and since arriving in the clan, he's taken a large portion of the workload off Clove, enabling her more time to relax and take care of herself. He's a rather serious dragon, but he still has a sense of humour, although very few dragons can recognise when he's making a joke, partially due to his fae tendencies to speak in a monotone, but also because most of his humour comprises of very dry sarcasm. He struggles to understand most of the other dragons in the lair, because although he spent time traveling with a troupe of dragons, he never really learnt to understand what other dragons mean through the tone of their voices, and he alway finds himself looking for their crests to add meaning to their words. Because of this, he likes to keep quiet around most dragons, watching and listening, trying to better his understanding of how dragons communicate without expressive crests. But when surrounded with other fae dragons, Eros turns into quite a chatterbox, who loves to tell tales of his travels from the Viridian Labyrinth to the Windswept Plateau. When he isn't busy working, he enjoys sitting on the top of the small cliff that makes up the lair and staring out across the Windswept Plateau where he can see The Behemoth rising high into the sky. He sometimes finds himself feeling rather homesick for the Viridian Labyrinth, but when those times hit him, he often finds solace in the gardens that Gaia has spent time cultivating.
