Remarkably good at speaking Maren, which she learned from a centaur.

People who find her odd often assume that she was raised by beastclan, but she actually had a perfectly average draconic upbringing. She has a hard time relating to the average dragon, and even when she was younger she felt like she didn't quite fit in.

She left town as soon as she was old enough with the Longneck trading caravan. Her parents were thrilled to see her off on her Search, and she didn't have the heart to tell them that that wasn't technically true at all.

She had found her charge long ago, in the kindness of an old Longneck to a shy lonely child. She felt the pull every time her family said beastclan as if it were a curse, with every report of a far-off raid or skirmish, in every forced beastclan smile as the caravans grew shabbier and less frequent with every passing year. One dragon can't fix the whole world, but she's never let a little thing like impossibility stop her before.
