lore notes:
-full name is suishou kuraku
-lore-wise, she's kiriko's sister, hence their matching names and genes
-lost kiriko in a tragic accident when they were hatchlings
-couldn't, and still hasn't gotten over it
-there is not a day that goes by in which suishou doesn't leave flowers at kiriko's grave
-mom friend, supports operation tearsword
-she only gets sadder as the story progresses. the gods will have to beg for my forgiveness
