Hourglass 		Found as an egg during the Night of the Nocturne, Mara immediately caught the attention of fellow nocturne Reena, who, in an uncharacteristic display of responsibility, claimed the egg as her charge.

Unfortunately, that particular night brought about a crisis in which a mimic invaded the clan, her first experience of the world being that of nearly being killed by a sentient cape.

Mara herself is most often a compassionate, chipper and friendly dragon, flexible and adaptive. Guided by her own strong moral compass, she would gladly put her life on the line for those who have earned her loyalty, and even sometimes those who haven't.

While open to second chances, Mara likes to make it very clear that there are limits to her forgiveness that, once crossed, one can find her to be a far from pleasant dragon, having effectively shut off any sort of empathy for them until having gone to extreme lengths to prove that they are worthy of forgiveness... But even then their future relationships can prove to be quite volatile.

Harsh on herself and even harsher to her enemies, Mara is not the sort of dragon one would like to cross, especially not for the third time.
