Theodosia is the epitome of matriarchy. With more than ten children, her maternal instincts are on point. Of course with all of the children to look after, she often needs help. She has a close friendship with the snapper Gwendolyn, who often assists with the little ones. Theodosia is completely unafraid to be affectionate toward her children, and absolutely dotes on her grandchildren.
Though she is now happily settled with Delphinus, for a while she was with a guardian named Aeolyss. Aeolyss left to serve the arcanist just after their second nest was hatched, and she hasn’t seen him since. For a long time she grieved, knowing she would never see him again. Eventually though, with Gwendolyn’s help, she pulled herself out of it. Oddly enough, Theodosia showed no interest in Delphinus, and it was her sons Castor and Pollux who set the two up.
