"A silent wraith of the storm -- Boltreaver." ╰━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━╯ It's said the stormy skies over the Skymerald clan's domain is ruled by one dragon, a phantom wreathed in lightning like a second skin. Astalos, the Boltreaver, named for her uncanny prowess over her natural element. Tasked by the queen herself, this ghostly Nocturne patrols the very edges of her domain to keep her clan safe from all manner of foes, descending upon those who dare trespass with swift fury. A gifted flier from a young age, Astalos joined the clan whilst still a juvenile and showed such promise that the queen, Soteria, oversaw her training herself. It quicky became clear that the Nocturne's abundant energy and affinity for lightning, paired with her flying skills, would make her a formidable warrior for the clan. Astalos proved an effective ambusher, able to defeat most lone dragons with no help, and could stun larger parties long enough for her fellow clanmates to join the fray. Astalos is a very high energy dragon, and it shows in her interactions with others. While not precisely hyper, she can be inadvertently loud and often speaks too fast to keep up with. She can be insensitive to a degree, but not out of malice - spending so much time patrolling alone at the fringes of the territory leaves her a bit lacking when it comes to socializing. Astalos remains cheerful despite her long periods away from others and is rarely found in a bad mood. After a minor incident involving the clan's newest Bogsneak, Vail, Astalos took it upon herself to nurse him back to health. With this unfurled a strong friendship that eventually led to what the other dragons call 'puppy love'. Some don't see it lasting, but others, including Astalos, believe something more may come of it in time.
