ABOUT - » There are monsters in the sea, that's a given. They're huge, swimming silently underwater waiting for their next victim. For years dragons never belived in them due to their impieral like nature, but they where all wrong, upon closer inspection one can find gills and fins and a sleaker body on these monsters. Stories say their a type of impieral that was blessed by the Tidelord years ago and have changed over time. These creatures have no home but the open water, yes they have the ablity to survive on land but the call of the water is far more aluring. They are almost lonely, not interacting with eachother or dragons on land, but for years these creatures have remained. » Reo is one of these creatures. Day after day he takes to the open waters to explore and find. But the ocean has begun to bore him, the same few reefs every time, the same fish, same ships. But one day, during an extremely boring day a ship found its was into his waters. Swimming low but still close Reo investigated. On the ship was a grey wildclaw, a pearlcatcher in white armor, and two deep blue skydancers. They seemed to be enjoying themselves. The grey wildclaw was singing a song as the pearlcatcher and skydancer with the crown of shells danced arm in arm. The other skydancer, with metal adorning his wings hummed along. Reo decided he liked this dragons, they seemed happy, this small moment of togetherness made him long for firends and others around him. He had developed the unhealthy habit of talking to himself a bit too much. He surfaced to better hear the group, his dark coloring helping him blend in. Inching closer the sounds of singing and merrymaking grew louder, it was almost bittersweet for Reo. He watched for a a while, but soon decided to leave. Not before a green and yellow fae flew up and hovered infront of his face. » "Hi there sir why are you in the water!" The little fae twisted and spun in front of Reo, it was almost nauseating. The fae popped themselves on top Reo's head and peered down at him, "Sooo, watcha doing mister!" Reo finally realized that he was supposed to respond, "oh...um, watching." The fae cocked their head to the side, "Do you wanna come join us? Mystic always likes having more dragons on board!" Reo looked on in confusion, "What?" The fae only continued, "Yes! Come on come one!" With all the force the small dragon could muster the patchworked creature pulled on Reo's horns forcing him to stretch his wings and pull himself out of the water and awkwardly hover by the ship. The grey wildclaw noticed two of them, "Well well well," the wildclaw had the voice of a sailor, it sounded like the ocean, it rolled back and forth over the tones of the words and was made for singing rowdy shanties, "What have you found this time Stitches." The wildclaw motioned for the dragons to board the ship, gingerly Reo set his claws down on solid ground for the first time in years. "I'm...Reo." The captain approached the sea dragon, "Well Reo, you may call my Mystic. And if you don't mind me asking, you don't look quite like a imperial now do you." Awkwardly Reo nodded, Mystic was almost scary but for some odd reason, he felt like he could trust her. So he told her what he was and why he was watching the ship. And the captain said he was welcome to join, that Wharf Shore and the Vortex would welcome him with open arms, that he should trust the crew and they will trust him. And Reo did. » So now Reo spends his time in two different worlds, one in the water swimming along side the Vortex, and the other on land, surrouded by friends and his new family. One day, as he was watching the sun set near the docks, he realized that...he was no longer lonely, that he had other dragons to laugh, sing and spend time with. He's greatful for the day that Stiches pulled him out of the water and onto the ship, greatful for Mystic for letting him join her crew, greatful to have dragons to be with. No, Reo isn't lonely anymore |

RELATIONS - » Friend - Stitches Stitches was the one who dragged Reo out of the water. The small fae had more spunk and sprit than any living thing Reo had seen, although the living things he had seen were mainly fish fish and more fish. Stitiches can normally be found perched on top of Reo's head telling him stories about their adventures. |
