All my life has ever been one of Royality. Priased as a lucky dragon born in the sands; having near matching colors for both my body and wings. Though many dragons don't know about the brilant purple, seeing many clans question what to have it as. Asides from being in the Auction House for what... two months as one of the more expensive first generation dragons, I was taken in.
I remember when one of the dragons came her to pay the near godly price that I was set at. It was a Gaoler, one with light sandy fur with spots all around it with stripes of blue covering his wings and mane, partially his fur as well. "Laddi said this is the place where everyone was saving for," The guy said as he looked around. He was ten times my size without the horns. "Oh wow, I never thought that I would meet one of the heads to the Beach Bum Floof hatchery!" Aldanon stepped forward, being a Gaoler himself. The Beach Gaoler bent his head down, as I looked over the piles and piles of other first-generation dragons that were hatched in Sayori's clan. "I never have seen a Gaoler like him." "I thought Gaolers don't bow to others?" Many others whispered as I only watched seeing that there was another dragon with him, a much smaller than him. "Syre! You know you don't have to do that to every clan leader we meet!" A Nocturne, a rather small one similar to my size, though how she had her wings equal to her body size I will never know. "I have the treasure that your clan has asked for FacetEyes." The white and red Nocturne pulled out a bag of treasure, having both I and the other dragon that was named FacetEyes peak our heads up. At the time, I was named FacetEyes along with a red and blue Mirror. "Seems you guys have all the treasure for him, though which one were you purchasing?" "Kiro," "It's the Yellow Fae." Chara interrupted Syre, causing the Gaoler to glare at her. "Alrighty, I'll be back with him." Everyone scattered and acted like they didn't know what was happening, seeing the Gaoler step in this section of the lair. "FacetEyes Fae, please come here." I stepped forward looking back to the other dragons that I befriended. "You're being adopted by those two dragons over there. Have a nice flight over to... Where is their clan headquarters at again?" "Don't worry, I'm going to let it surprise me," I said softly as all of the other dragons melted when I smiled back at them. When I was at the borders of my former clan, the Gaoler and Nocturne that I and all of the rest of the dragons spied on earlier had a small scroll in their paws. "So, you're Kiro." "Ki-who?" I asked as I tilted my head questioning them. "That's your new name; I chose it myself since you look like something that Noratorri showed me not to long ago. I'm Syre and this is Chara." From then on, I adventured with the two other dragons to my new home in the Gladeviens, a truly wonderful place in which I became more popular than I ever hoped to be in my whole life. |
