Redwood is terrifyingly proficient in ice magic. She can preserve and sterilize food nearly indefinitely and can freeze smaller creatures in their tracks if they try to attack the many Faes of the clan. She can be quite stoic and straightforward at times, but she hates seeing others in pain and will use her ice to cool fevers, ease pain and sterilize wounds. She's mated to Mezzomezzo, sharing matching rings and sleeping in the same den, though they can't have hatchlings since he's infertile (but she kind of can't stand children, so she's fine with that.) Leonard often helps her carry large loads, unconscious dragons and, if her clanmates pester her enough, she'll let the hatchlings ride on his shoulders.
