-cannot meld, due to the age he was when he became part of the clan
-He was part of an institute that trained dragons and then sent said dragons out into the world to train up other clans. Tetsu was brought to Queen Seraphine’s attention when one of her scouts brought her a flyer advertising his business. Originally Tetsu was going to leave after training up a few dragon, but Seraphine made it clear he was not to leave until the whole clan was trained up. For now he stays out of fear, but he’s making friends and its starting to feel more like home. Plus he may have found a mate…..
