The second eldest of Shadow and Malice's kids, Cocoa was raised alongside his elder and younger sister. Always known to be very affectionate with his close family and friends.
The most introverted of the trio, Cocoa was fine with sticking to the sidelines while his sisters ran the show. They could have the big dreams, with Algae shaping up to be a fitting heir to take over the clan in the future, and Honeydew having big dreams of adventuring the continent. 
As he grew, however, he started gaining more of an interest in the clans hoards, and the apparent abundance in items that had no clear use to the clan. Items of clear value, sitting around gathering dust. As he soon learned from his mothers and the older members in the clan, not much was done with the extra items they had no use for. Thus begun Cocoa's journey into learning how to be a good merchant. He learnt the best ways to trade, how to properly value items, and such. As he grew closer and closer to being of age, he started out small, journeying with another clanmate, usually one of his sisters, to search out the travelling crossroads newest location and trade whatever excess bits and pieces they had found while cleaning out the clans vault. After the first few trips, he was able to help his sisters build a small ship for Honeydew to use on her voyages, and soon there was more than enough profits added into the clans hoard to afford renovating parts of the clans home, adding more homes and repairing some of the older buildings that required it. 
Nowadays he usually spends his time with his sisters, helping out on their voyages with the trades, and keeping track of what they currently have. With their help he'll sort through everything, putting aside what the clan can use, and getting the rest ready to be traded out on their next trip. |
