Not Actually A God,
The Great Presiding Judge
God is strange for a nocturne-- she is one of the best mimics Willow's ever seen, and she's seen the entirety of Sornieth. God also has the strongest self-identity of any nocturne that Willow knows.
It surprises many dragons, who expect God to subtly mimic their mannerisms when interacting with her, when she doesn't. Other nocturnes find her substantially unsettling, about as substantial as the hate she has for the conformity her kind usually expresses.
Her take-no-toridae-crap, serious, and logical personality comes from her sense of justice. She is the Clan's Presiding Judge and mediator when conflicts are delicate, major, or need knowledge of inter-Flight laws. She runs the courthouse that is the center of the Embassy Complex on the Sanctuary's main court. With her eyes so pale, it is very difficult to discern her Flight of origin (something she does not care about anyway), so she is widely trusted as an impartial Judge.
Her best friend is Anime, a wildclaw with anger management issues and an obsession with drawings and rudimentary animation.
