Biography
There is a strange, otherworldly feel to Tiroson the drives most other dragons to hurry in the opposite direction. He is not hostile towards other dragons unless the situation requires it of him. It is more the fact that no one, not even himself, is quite sure if he is truly alive or if he is the wandering husk of a dragon long since departed. Tiroson doesn't remember dying, but neither does he truly remember living. His first memories are of him waking up in the dark, cold depths of an underground labyrinth. For how long he wandered those inky halls he cannot say, but eventually he began to feel a tug deep inside him. Following it led him to the surface, though he cannot explain how.
Tiroson's time spent in silent isolation have robbed him of a great deal of even the basic knowledge that dragons acquire as the mature. He has an excellent sense of smell and superb night vision, helping him to excel at things such as tracking and nighttime hunting. His vision during the day, however, is quite poor and his grasp on the common tongue is weak, making conversing with others difficult. He is gradually working on bettering his vocabulary and speech patterns, but the few dragons that are brave enough to attempt socializing with him are unnerved by his slow, raspy voice and quickly take their leave. Because of this, Tiroson has to resort to eavesdropping in an attempt to teach himself. Remaining silent and hidden is not an issue for him as it is second nature at this point, but picking out the nitty gritties of speech with the help of someone else is difficult.
Perhaps no so secretly, Tiroson wants nothing more than for another dragon to work through his faults and help him learn both how the world works and how to properly speak the common tongue. If he is lucky, maybe one day this dragon, should they ever arise, could even come to see him as something of a friend.
