Easy to find at a back table with Napoleon between sets, placing bets and reminiscing about the old days.

A valuable resource for canny young drakes looking to get ahead, except for only ever giving terrible inconsequential advice like "Never bet if you can't afford to lose" or "Bluff the players, not the odds."

Frequently successful. A winner. Made fortunes large and small and over again, yet not rich—it all drained away in living, a smarter dragon could do better. (Never mind Rooey says the only goal worth it in the end is breaking even.)

Has mad shuffling skills. (When the cards are all that stay with you day to day, you pick it up even if you don't mean to.)
