Travelers wandering the Abiding Boneyard are sometimes visited by Coatls known only as the Cheshire Cats. These mischievous kittens help those lost in the Abiding Boneyard reach Milky Tea Patisserie... as long as you go along with their games! The games themselves are highly dangerous, matching the setting of the land. But if you can survive, then you will find a safe haven from the arid wasteland.

They will waltz up to an unsuspecting traveler, purring and twitching their long fluffy tails. They will claim to know of a place that is safe, where the traveler doesn’t have to fear the Plaguebringer’s rot. A place where they can rest. More often than not, the travelling dragon agrees, desperate. And then the games begin.

Tag. Hide and seek. Eye spy. All are incredibly dangerous in the Scarred Wasteland, where the wrong step could make you sick – or worse. But for most it is worth it, to find safe food and drink among the pestilence of the land.

A cat walks up to you, grinning from ear to ear. “Hello!” the Coatl chirps. Another comes up from behind, twining around you and brushing their wings against your head. “We can lead you to the Milky Tea Patisserie,” the second Coatl purrs, and then looks at you with deep red eyes. “What do you say? Wanna play a game?”
