Kelp beds strategy

This level is great for leveling a dragon to 25, and the bosses don't have to be a problem. You can relax and take their sweet, sweet exp.
The bosses only cast, so if you put Reflect on two grinders, Reflect will bounce their magic back at them.
Strategy: grinders Rally then Scratch, boss Meditates, grinders cast Reflect
Then Scratch the boss to get most of your breath back (you'll lose 10 breath). Keep an eye on your buffs, Rally will run out two turns before Reflect does. When Reflect runs out, cast it again.
With 126 STR grinders, it's possible to Eliminate it twice instead of casting Reflect again, saving the 2nd grinder's breath, if the HP bar is down to 1/5 HP or you do about 1000 hp damage over scratch (you crit once and it hits itself for 500-700 HP, no dodge)
If you cast Reflect again, you'll kill the boss long before it runs out, giving time to use potions, Rally for breath (it'll bounce and Rally the boss, but since they only cast it doesn't help them).
