Biography

A professor who studies and fist-fights eldritch creatures.

One would, at first, think that a Tundra's memory would be a huge obstacle to overcome in scientific pursuits and the gathering of knowledge. However, Cryptanthus is an excellent note-taker and, with the help of a large variety of herbs and aromatic oils, exceptionally quick at re-reading and recalling information using these notes and scents.

The truth is, Cryptanthus' very short memory is an invaluable asset when dealing with unknowable horrors and incomprehensible beasts that try to destroy one's mind. He stays chipper, mentally sharp and optimistic even after dealing with things that would haunt most others for the rest of their lives.
