The Nexus Domain

Deep in the Wispwillow Grove stands a large city atop a massive glowcap shroom. The city hangs and extends around the exterior of the behemoth mushroom all the way down to it's roots, golden lights shimmering invitingly in the endless night of the Shadowbinders domain. This city and the large land surrounding it is The Domain of the Nexus, a sizeable trading post and home to dragons of all walks of life.

The trading post, also called "The Crescent" by the inhabitants of The Nexus, boasts many wares and services, from fashion needs to enchanting weapons for the common warrior. While the market carries many commodities, the most well-known and profitable service done by The Nexus is its exaltation service; a service in which select warriors from the domain train non-combat dragons to be worthy fighters in the Shadowbinder's quest for dominance. In exchange for a small chunk of gold or gems, these warriors will spend their time teaching one to fight in a variety of ways. When their training is complete, they are guided by an attendant to the Forum of the Obscured Crescent and are left to be welcomed into the Shadowbinder's army.

Welcome to my lair. I'm currently working on being a lore lair, so things are messy at the moment.

Some things about my lore:
Dragons live a long time. Most of my dragons on average age around 200-600 years old.

The current reigning queen, Cinder, is still new to her roll (30 years in) and is the first Light dragon to lead The Nexus.

The domain is not hostile and is always looking for allies and partnerships with other clans / regions.

Thanks to the giant surge of magic from the Bounty of the Elements (BotE) dragons new and old are experiencing large shifts in their magical capabilities, and dragons can now be dual or even tri elemental.

My dragons are anthro or human, haven't fully decided but that's how I write them.

I throw dragon sizes out the window, Fae and Veilspuns are still the smallest but they're not ants compared to Imperials and Guardians.

Lots of other aspects of my lore is still a wip :P

About me a bit:

If you read the blurb up top about my clans most profitable expense being exalting, that is my in-game way of saying I am an exalting lair. It is my primary source of income, please don't harass me about it or beg me to not exalt a dragon. If you want it back, please pay me back the original amount I paid.

I'm a big video game nerd. Splatoon, Legend of Zelda, Mario, Sonic the Hedgehog, Undertale, Deltarune, Subnautica, Stardew Valley, Minecraft, and some others, I am very big into them and will gush about for hours.
Purple is the best color fight me.
