The ground here twists and bends in unnatural ways, as though the shadows themselves are pulling at the land, curling deeper into itself. It seems deserted, for a time only the sounds of chirping insects break the heavy silence.
As you stumble further into the bramble forest you begin to feel as though you weren't as alone here as you thought.
