Right on the edge of the lands of Shadow.

Moss carpets the entrance of a wide limestone cavern, spilling over the stone's edges in stringy clumps. The whole place smells like pine and earth with a hint of mint. Glowing mushrooms serve to light the way into the cavernous lair, bathing the limestone in turquoise tones.

Scurrying follows your footsteps, tiny shiny eyes shining from the darkness. Little forest creatures dart at the edges of the cavern towards the back. The cave slopes gently upwards as you go, holes in the stone ceiling letting in an increasing amount of sunlight.

You happen upon a level plateau marked in scratches and painted markings around the edge. Your eyes adjust to the brightness as the cavern's ceiling gives way completely to the great outdoors and bright dancing sunlight.

In the center of the wide plateau the damp moss from the cavern has developed into a thick cover of emerald, layered with ferns and young spruce trees.

At the center a dragon awaits you, sleeping soundly among a menagerie of forest creatures. Upon his head rests a crown of multicolored flowers and berries, they stand out brightly against his fluffy white fur. The smell of mint grows stronger as you approach. The great fuzzy beast opens his heavy eyelids at your approach and smiles gently.

"Welcome to my little corner of this great lair, my name is Menthe. You will find my brethren in the neighboring tunnels if you would prefer their company. Please let me know if you need anything" He yawns sleepily "or if you simply want to chat, I am always glad to make new friends."
