You almost miss the entrance to the lair as you walk past, but a small fae dragon pops his head out as you do. You surprise him and he jumps back before welcoming you inside.
The long corridor burrows deep into the side of the mountain and leads to a main room where you see dragons reclining all around. At the center of the room is an enormous bonfire, built to keep the dragons warm. There are many tunnels off this main room, but the little dragon who let you in huddles off to the side, nuzzling his even-smaller mate near the fire. He motions for you to sit down but he does not show you around.
A friendly clan, you think. Friendly, but hiding something.

Sometimes I exalt dragons! If a dragon is in the "Fodder" tab, it's definitely fodder (or a fodder breeder), but fodder dragons might wind up in other tabs too.
